PELLPAL PID PELLET CONTROLLER

PellPal PID Pellet Driver - Information

The PELLPAL PID PELLET temperature controller is designed to control the operation of the central heating boiler. equipped with a pellet burner. The controller supports the feeder, blower, igniter, central heating circulation pump, domestic hot water pump and 3 or 4-way mixing valve actuator. The regulator automatically ignites the fuel in the burner or extinguishes it.

The PELLPAL PID PELLET regulator can also cooperate with a voltage-free room thermostat operating on the principle of a closed/open contact. By connecting the PELLPAL PID PELLET regulator to the Safe IT internet module, you can use the regulator's functionality via a website or mobile phone application, where you can track the boiler's operation, change the temperature settings on the boiler or hot water tank and other parameters.

The controller independently controls two processes:

- temperature control with smooth power modulation
- regulation of the combustion process

PID algorithm

The PELLPAL PID PELLET temperature controller has a flexible combustion function that minimizes the need for user contact with the device. The controller with the PID algorithm turns on the boiler with the power that is currently needed to maintain the set temperature. The boiler heats all the time, there are no downtimes, there are also no sudden changes in temperature in the chimney and in the combustion chamber. Output water temperature is stable. Boiler power is adjusted in 1% steps, i.e. the minimum power of the boiler is 20% up to the maximum power, i.e. 100%. If the temperature in the boiler is higher than the preset one by 5°C, the boiler goes into extinction. On the other hand, when the temperature drops 5°C below the set temperature in the boiler, the boiler is automatically fired up. The controller automatically selects the fuel dose pause and feeder operation time as well as the amount of air, the user sets the output parameters in the controller!

Advantages and benefits of using the PELLPAL PID PELLET controller:

- economy: save fuel
- ecology: low level of dust and gases harmful to the environment
- low flue gas temperature
- longer service life of the exchanger

The PELLPAL PID PELLET controller supports:

- pellet feeder
- a blower
- actuator of the mixing valve
- central heating pump
- domestic hot water charging pump
- automatic pellet igniter
