The 8 kW PellPal boiler is designed for heating rooms with an area of up to 100 m2 and for heating water in domestic hot water systems. It is designed to burn biofuel - wood pellets with a diameter of 6 to 8 mm.

It has a high efficiency of up to 90.9%. In tests, it obtained class 5 according to EN 303-5 and meets the requirements of ecodesign (EcoDesign). The energy class of the boiler is A+. The boiler achieved a very low PM emission below 20 mg/m3, which makes it possible to obtain higher subsidies for the replacement of the boiler.

The structure is based on an exchanger with horizontal convection channels. The fuel tank is located next to the boiler. In the lower door of the body there is a modern QPELL pellet burner. The fuel is supplied to the burner by a screw conveyor and poured down through a spiro pipe. The use of a spiro pipe protects the fuel tank against fire entering it. The chimney outlet (flue) is located in the upper part of the boiler body on its rear wall at an angle of 45 degrees.

The combustion process, supplying the right dose of fuel to the burner, firing up and the operation of the blower fan located in the burner are handled by the PellPal PID Pellet microprocessor controller.

The boiler can operate in an open system equipped with an open expansion vessel, as well as in a closed system, provided that the heating system is equipped with the necessary elements such as an external cooling coil, DBV 2 safety valve, SYR 5067 thermal protection valve, expansion vessel. Depending on the selected method of protection, appropriate elements should be used.

The boiler has a class 5 certificate in accordance with the PN-EN 303-5: 2012 standard and meets the conditions of Ecodesign called Ecoproject

    Boiler efficiency above 90%

Possibility of installation in a closed system after installing the cooling coil
