Instructions for installing the nozzle in the KDS+ and PellPal D boilers

The sealing of the ceramic nozzle in the combustion chamber is very important. Combustible gases that collect during the gasification process must pass through the inside of the nozzle and combine with fresh air. Tightness is of great importance here. In the video, we present the correct way of sealing the nozzle and its installation in the KDS+ and PellPal D boilers.

 

 

 

How to install the nozzle in the KDS+ or PellPal D boiler?

The nozzle is mounted on the silicone - fireplace sealant. Insert the ceramic fitting in the rear part of the hearth, just below the flue gas duct. Please note that all gaps must be sealed.
