Manufactured by Pancerpol, the elbow is made of cast iron and is part of the original carburizing set. Thanks to the characteristic construction, there is a screw in the middle of the knee, which allows the fuel to be fed into the combustion chamber. The elbow is attached to the feeder body with 4 screws and is intended for feeding fines in 50kW feeders. Thanks to the use of the highest quality elements, the knee is very durable, aesthetically made and guarantees long-term and trouble-free operation. However, it is worth noting that the elbow does not include the auger support sleeve, which is available in a separate auction. The elbows of the feeder are made of cast iron, which is characterized by low production costs, high machinability and low melting point. The elbow is an element of the automatic fuel feeding system to the retort burner by means of a screw feeder, which spreads the fuel evenly on the grate of the furnace, creating a pile of fuel divided into combustion zones. The combustion process is controlled by a microprocessor controller that controls the number of screw revolutions depending on changes in the boiler's thermal efficiency, which allows for the most economical combustion process.
