The device is very easy to set up.

WiFi repeater is primarily convenience and flexibility. The device extends the range of an existing wireless network or creates WiFi after connecting to a router (LAN Ethernet) via an RJ-45 connector.

It also works perfectly in many places, expanding the range of the network by creating multiple access points.

Operating modes:

The device operates in two basic modes:

  1. Repeater: the device connects to an available WIFI network and extends its range. (it is possible to connect several repeaters in a cascade manner, which allows us to cover a very large area).

     

  2. Access Point: the device connects to a modem, router providing the internet via an Ethernet cable (RJ-45 port) and creates its own WIFI network.

The selection of the operating mode is made by configuring the device by connecting to it.

Description:

The LAN module is designed for remote control of the ProND central heating boiler controller equipped with an RJ12 connector for connecting the PILOT room panel (1-Wire communication) or an RJ12 connector for RS485, RS232 communication. The controller works with a wide range of ProND products. The possibilities and applications depend on the controller to which this module is connected.

To use the LAN module, it must be connected to the power supply and via the LAN RJ-45 connector to the Internet (it is also possible to use a Wi-Fi adapter).

This is an easy-to-use device that does not require any configuration. All you need to do is connect according to the diagram in the instructions. The module provides great convenience in using the central heating boiler because it allows you to control the operation of the controller via a website from any location without having to be near the boiler - the website address is provided in the instructions. The possibilities of the website change depending on the supported regulator. In order to use the device, you must register the purchased module on the above website. Registration is very simple, just enter the serial number of the module located on the device label and provide the user's e-mail address. When creating a new account, you can give the device an individual name and protect it with a PIN code.

MI-95 also provides the ability to connect the PILOT room panel for older versions of controllers. In addition, the individual PIN code that the user assigns to the LAN module when creating an account allows you to share our module for remote supervision of the boiler, e.g. with the boiler installer or any person to whom you want to give such privileges. You can change the PIN code at any time, which results in the withdrawal of rights to our module to people to whom we previously shared it. This function facilitates management of the boiler room in places where constant supervision or remote access is required. It helps the installer or boiler service technician to remotely adjust the parameters responsible for the correct operation of the boiler if necessary. Additionally, the ALARMS tab displays the history of alarm states with the date and time of occurrence.
