ARGOS PID+ is a microprocessor controller designed for coal boilers with automatic fuel feeder. It manages key components such as the feeder, blower, central heating circulation pump, domestic hot water pump (DHW), circulation pump or additional heating circuit and mixing valve.

It combines modern technology with intuitive operation, offering high efficiency at a favorable price. The factory configuration ensures optimal combustion conditions, eliminating the need for complicated settings by the user. Thanks to advanced algorithms, ARGOS PID+ ensures efficient combustion, stable temperatures and minimizes fluctuations, guaranteeing high thermal comfort.


FEEDER SV300

 

 

The feeder is an important element of the central heating boiler, which uses automatic fuel dosing. The fuel moves from the container (basket) to the burner using a screw driven by a gear motor, consisting of an engine and a reducer. Combustion takes place in a modern, patented fifth-generation furnace. The burner starts and stops automatically, which ensures the comfort and efficiency of the boiler.

The burner is equipped with a step feeder that:

  • It enables faster ignition thanks to improved air distribution.

  • It uses two energy-saving gear motors and a powerful feed system, which increases reliability. The capacitive pellet sensor has also been removed.

     

  • The new combustion chamber design improves the durability of the SV300 feeder elements.

     

  • It does not require additional installation of a pellet stop; the stepped feed system ensures fuel separation and safety. The extinguishing process effectively ejects and burns all the pellets from the lower feeder.

The fan is a key component that supplies fresh air to the boiler firebox, which is essential for efficient combustion. Its operation is precisely controlled by the controller, which regulates the amount of air introduced into the firebox, providing ideal conditions for combustion.
