ARGOS PID+ is a microprocessor controller designed for coal boilers with an automatic fuel feeder. It manages the feeder, blower, central heating circulation pump, domestic hot water pump (DHW), circulation pump or additional heating circuit and mixing valve.

The device combines high functionality with ease of use, offering efficiency at an affordable price. It is factory-configured for optimal combustion process management, which eliminates the need for specialist knowledge from the user when changing parameters. Thanks to advanced algorithms, ARGOS PID+ ensures efficient combustion and stable temperatures, minimizing fluctuations and ensuring thermal comfort.


SV300 FEEDER

 

The feeder is a key element of a central heating boiler equipped with automatic fuel dosing. The fuel is transported from the container (basket) to the burner using a screw. The combustion process takes place in an advanced, patented fifth-generation furnace. The screw is driven by a gear motor, which consists of an engine and a reducer. The burner ignites and extinguishes automatically.

The burner is equipped with a step feeder that:

  • It enables faster ignition thanks to improved air distribution.

  • It uses two energy-saving gear motors and a powerful feed system, which increases reliability. The capacitive

  • pellet sensor has also been removed.

     

  • The new combustion chamber design improves the durability of the SV300 feeder elements.

     

  • It does not require additional installation of a pellet stop; the stepped feed system ensures fuel separation and safety. The extinguishing process effectively ejects and burns all the pellets from the lower feeder.

The fan plays a key role in supplying clean air to the boiler furnace, which is necessary for an effective combustion process. Its operation is controlled by a controller that precisely regulates the amount of air supplied to the furnace, ensuring optimal combustion conditions.
