The RZM-52 device, a mixing valve module, works exclusively with ProND controllers that support the RS485 ProND standard. This allows for the connection of additional expansion modules, such as Iryd 610 or Iryd 620. This module is designed to control the mixing valve actuator and pump in central heating (C.O.) systems. It has two built-in mixer modules that can be controlled simultaneously. The RZM-52 can operate as an independent main device in Master mode or as an additional module in RS485 ProND mode (Slave mode). Additionally, a room thermostat or remote control can be connected to the controller, which increases the functionality of the system. Communication with the controller takes place via an RJ45 connector marked as "RS485 connector", and all that is needed for the connection is an appropriate cable. The RS485 ProND standard also allows for the connection of multiple modules to one controller.
