The IRYD MZ PID controller is an advanced device designed for precise control of the operation of a central heating boiler powered by fine coal in a hopper version. It offers comprehensive management of an extensive heating system, and the intuitive menu allows for gradual activation of subsequent functions and capabilities of the controller. Thanks to the modern PID Fuzzy Logic algorithm, the device smoothly regulates the blower speed, optimally adjusting it to the load of the system and the type of fuel, based on the maximum and minimum boiler power parameters specified by the user. Additionally, the controller has an additional PID algorithm that controls the exhaust gas temperature, ensuring that it does not exceed the maximum value set by the user. These innovative control technologies translate into efficient use of fuel, which not only reduces costs but also helps protect the natural environment.
