We offer an ecological, modern and exceptionally efficient pellet boiler - the PELLPAL DUO model with a power of 48 kW. This modern device, designed for burning wood pellets, is characterized by excellent efficiency, a well-thought-out design and excellent insulation.

The PELLPAL DUO 48 kW boiler is able to heat an area of ​​up to 460 m², while simultaneously providing heating of utility water. Wood pellets with a diameter of 6-8 mm, used in this boiler, are easy to store, do not create dust and leave a minimal amount of ash after combustion.

The thermal efficiency of the PELLPAL DUO boiler is over 90%, which is confirmed by tests in accordance with the PN-EN 303-5: 2021-09 standard. The device meets the requirements of class 5 and has an energy class A +, proving its energy efficiency and high efficiency. Thanks to low emissions of carbon monoxide, tar and dust (below 20 mg/m³), it is possible to obtain higher funding in accordance with the EcoDesign requirements.

The PELLPAL DUO 48 kW boiler equipment includes:

  • Steel-cast iron burner, efficiently burning pellets.
  • Blower fan, supplying air to the combustion chamber.
  • PELLPAL DUO controller, managing the combustion process and fuel supply.
  • LCD controller with a modern display for easy operation.

 

Optionally, the boiler can be equipped with a controller with a touch screen. PELLPAL DUO is designed to work in an open system, but it can be adapted to a closed system by purchasing additional elements, such as a cooling coil and safety valves.

PELLPAL DUO boiler construction: The device is made of certified 5 mm thick boiler sheet metal. It has horizontal channels in the upper part and allows the burner to be mounted on both the right and left side. The pellet tank is sealed to protect the contents from moisture and is equipped with a cover opening sensor. The boiler also has a "firefighter" protection, preventing the fire from flowing back into the fuel chamber.

The boiler is controlled by the PELLPAL DUO microprocessor controller, which has pre-programmed settings for pellets. The controller ensures efficient and economical heating and automatic fuel ignition.
