PellPal 8 kW Boiler – Efficient Heating and Water Heating with LCD Controller

The PellPal 8 kW boiler is ideal for heating rooms up to 100 m² and heating water in domestic hot water systems. Designed to burn wood pellets with a diameter of 6 to 8 mm, it offers a convenient and ecological heating solution.

High Efficiency and Ecology

The boiler achieves an impressive efficiency of 90.9%. In tests, it obtained class 5 according to the EN 303-5 standard and meets the requirements of ecodesign (EcoDesign). With energy class A+, the boiler is characterized by very low PM dust emissions, below 20 mg/m³, which allows obtaining higher funding for its replacement.

Flexible Use

The boiler can operate in an open system with an open expansion tank or in a closed system, after equipping it with appropriate elements, such as an external cooling coil, a DBV 2 safety valve, a SYR 5067 thermal protection valve and an expansion tank. Depending on the selected protection, appropriate elements should be used to ensure safe and efficient operation of the heating system.

The boiler has a class 5 certificate in accordance with the PN-EN 303-5:2012 standard and meets the Ecodesign requirements.

Clever Design

The boiler is equipped with a heat exchanger with horizontal convection channels, and the fuel tank is located next to the boiler. A modern QPELL pellet burner is placed in the lower door of the body, which is fed with pellets supplied by means of a screw feeder. The spiro pipe through which the fuel is poured protects the tank from the penetration of fire. The chimney outlet (flue) is located in the upper part of the boiler body on the rear wall at a 45-degree angle.

Advanced Control with LCD Display

The PellPal PID Pellet microprocessor controller controls the combustion process, doses fuel, ignites the boiler and controls the blower fan in the burner. The controller is equipped with a modern LCD display that makes it easy to manage all boiler functions.
