IRYD 620 is an advanced controller designed to effectively control the operation of a central heating boiler with a pellet burner. Its functionality includes control of an extensive heating installation, and a specially designed menu allows for gradual activation of subsequent options and functions of the device.

 

 

 

The controller uses an innovative PID algorithm with fuzzy logic, which allows for precise adjustment of the amount of fuel depending on the load of the installation and the type of fuel. Thanks to continuous monitoring, the IRYD 620 adjusts the blower speed to the required amount of fuel, which, combined with automatic ignition and extinguishing of the boiler, contributes to savings in fuel consumption and a positive impact on the environment.

The controller supports additional expansion modules operating in the RS 485 standard, which allows for a significant expansion of the heating system and increases the comfort of use. It is possible to connect a room panel, an internet module and a mixing valve module, with the possibility of connecting up to six mixers simultaneously.

Thanks to cooperation with an optical flame sensor and an exhaust gas temperature sensor, the IRYD 620 is compatible with most pellet burners, both with one and with two feeders (including an auxiliary feeder). It also supports self-cleaning burners with a moving grate and simpler models without automatic cleaning. In addition, the controller enables combustion on an additional grate and operation of the burner in emergency mode, without flame control.

Thanks to the equipment with a number of additional sensors (e.g. external temperature sensors and room panels), IRYD 620 automatically turns off the boiler when the heating circuits reach the required temperature. The boiler with this controller ignites independently and heats the circuit that needs it at the given moment.

IRYD 620 is also distinguished by the possibility of cooperation with a heat buffer, which is becoming increasingly popular in modern C.O. installations. The device is equipped with a clear, color display and proven electronic solutions, which ensure comfort of use for many years.
