CX80 Silicone is a flexible silicone sealant that withstands extreme temperatures, from -65°C to +380°C. It cures quickly in contact with moisture, creating a durable, non-shrinking mass resistant to UV radiation. Ideal for sealing and bonding surfaces such as glass, ceramics, aluminum and metal. It works well in a variety of applications, including engines, heating systems, fireplaces, chimneys and ventilation ducts.

How to use:

1. Thoroughly clean, degrease and dry the surfaces.

2. To obtain an even joint line and protect it from dirt, it is recommended to cover the gap with masking tape.

3. Cut off the cartridge outlet above the thread and attach a tip cut at an acute angle to it, adjusted to the width of the joint.

4. Insert the cartridge into the squeezer and apply the joint.

5. Smooth the joint with a spatula soaked in soapy water and remove the masking tape immediately after finishing.
